What if this issue was a simple as the kids had head phones on and didn't hear the announcement. Plus, he is 13 years old, we shouldn't expect him to know FAA rules. What if it's the first time he's flown in 3-4 years? This guy is lucky his parents didn't beat the crap out of him for punching a kid.
